The 1x1 Outside Cove profile is made from solid poplar wood, and is approximately one inch wide and one inch deep. It features a routered outside edge to give it a little extra something.
The Vintage Old Green finish is a 6-step process that involves priming, painting, sealing, sanding, distressing, staining and topping off with several layers of "glass smooth" water-based polyurethane finish. Our frames have finished corners which sets ours apart from most you will find in big box stores, and they are handmade here in the USA.

Acid-free foam core
Plywood backing
Hanging hardware in portrait and landscape
Dowel to make frame free standing (size 8x10 and smaller only)

I bought odd shaped post cards at the National Gallery and had the hardest time finding frames to fit them.
